Collaborating with Your Team on CodeAgento

CodeAgento's Team plan brings collaboration features that help development teams work together more effectively.

Setting Up Your Team

1. Upgrade to Team Plan

Head to Settings > Billing and upgrade to the Team plan ($49/month per seat).

2. Create a Project

Create a new project and configure its tech stack. This project will be shared with your team.

3. Invite Members

Go to Team Management, select your project, and invite members by email. They'll get access to the project and all its tools.

Roles & Permissions

  • **Developer**: Full access to all development tools within assigned projects
  • **Team Lead**: Everything a developer can do, plus team management (invite/remove members, project oversight)
  • **Admin**: Full system access including user management, billing, and audit logs

    • Team Lead Dashboard

    Team leads get a dedicated dashboard showing:

  • All team projects with tech stacks and last updated dates
  • Total team member count
  • Quick access to team management

    • Best Practices

    1. One project per repository: Keep projects focused and manageable

    2. Use meaningful tech stacks: Help team members understand the project at a glance

    3. Review audit logs: Admins can monitor API usage and catch issues early
