When you use CodeAgento, we collect information you provide directly:

• Account information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Project data: Code, files, and configurations you create within the platform.
• Usage data: Tool usage, command frequency, and feature interactions for analytics.
• Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve CodeAgento services.
• Process transactions and send billing notifications.
• Send technical notices, updates, and security alerts.
• Respond to support requests.
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the product.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secured servers with encryption at rest and in transit. API keys and credentials are encrypted using AES-256 before storage. SSH keys and database connection strings are encrypted with user-specific keys derived from a master key.

4. AI Processing

When you use AI-powered features, your prompts are sent to Google's Gemini API for processing. We do not use your code or prompts to train AI models. AI interaction history is stored per-user and can be deleted at any time.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers: Stripe (payments), Google Cloud (AI), Resend (email).
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
