What's the interview process like?
We keep it simple: a 30-minute intro call, a take-home project (paid, ~4 hours), and a final team conversation. No whiteboard algorithms, no trick questions. We want to see how you think and build.
Are all positions fully remote?
Yes. We're a 100% remote team distributed across multiple time zones. We use async communication by default and have optional sync sessions for collaboration.
Do you offer equity?
Yes. Every full-time team member receives equity in CodeAgento. We believe everyone who builds the product should own a piece of it.
What's the tech stack?
Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Express 5, MongoDB, Redis, Tailwind CSS, Monaco Editor, xterm.js, and the Vercel AI SDK with Google Gemini 2.5 Flash.
