By accessing or using CodeAgento ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CodeAgento is a web-based AI-powered developer IDE providing terminal access, code editing, AI generators, and developer tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Use the terminal or tools to attack, scan, or disrupt other systems.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the load testing tools against third-party services without authorization.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all code and content you create using CodeAgento. The Service itself, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by CodeAgento and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. Rate limits vary by plan as described on our Pricing page.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CodeAgento shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
