How do I report a bug?+
Select 'Bug Report' from the topic dropdown in the form above and describe the issue in detail. Including steps to reproduce, screenshots, and your browser/OS info helps us investigate faster.
Do you offer phone support?+
We don't currently offer phone support. All support is handled via email, the contact form, and our Discord community. Enterprise customers can request dedicated Slack or Teams channels.
How can I request a new feature?+
Use the contact form with 'Feature Request' selected, or join our Discord community to discuss ideas with the team and other developers. We prioritize based on community demand.
What are your support hours?+
Our team is available Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm EST. Discord community support is available 24/7 from fellow developers.
Do you offer enterprise support?+
